== Clarify impulse firing user rules ==

From empirical observation, it seems like this node fires impulses for every user when a ''normal'' collision occurs, but when a ''character'' collider is hit, only the user it belongs to fires an impulse. This should be documented on the wiki, but I'm not entirely sure if this is fully accurate, or if there are more rules I don't know about.
