Description

The description below is provided by the world:

" Night on the Lake is designed as a chill and relaxing map, built to mimic natural elements and features of a real island in the middle of a lake, complete with dynamic audio engine and precisely designed features like shooting stars and fireflies.

The island was originally built for the old platform's Slumber Party, a party for the nonbinary/girl population of the old platform to chill and hang out. The map was built by memebers of the old platform's Slumber Party group and various old platform community members in two days, with design and improvements done over time by TheBasementNerd.

Now Night on the Lake is public for all to enjoy, and we hope you will enjoy the work we have put into this map for the enjoyment of you and your friends!"

World Content

Campfire

The campfire can be clicked to turn on the shadows. There's a bag near one of the log that features an assortment of items the player can use; a flashlight, marshmallows and a stick to toast on the fire, a cardboard guitar and a deck of "Cards against Humanity". The player can snap the deck onto the campfire to play it.

Performance / Audio settings

Near the spawn, the player can adjust their settings for the world through the nearby panels on the sign. The panel to the left side is the graphics setting, this allow the player to adjust their graphic settings of the world to either improve the visuals or increase performance. To the right side, there's the audio settings, this allow the player to adjust their audio to fit their needs appropriately.

Treehouse

The player will see a tall tree nearby on the island. The treehouse serves as a hangout spot for players to chill. There's a mirror for the player to use.

Cabin

There's a cabin along the illuminated paths on the island. The cabin serves as a hangout spot for players to chill. There's a mirror for the player to use.

Modified Scrabble Game, Bananagrams

Near the cabin, the player will find a game based on the table top game, Scrabble. This version of the game is known as Bananagram. There's instruction given of the game in the world. If the player would like to see further information of the game, please refer to this link.

Beach

The beach has several camping chairs for the players to sit on. Being near the ocean, the player can hear the ambient noise of the ocean. A good place to relax at.

Dock

The dock was implemented to allow group of players to play more games. The dock in question was added to play a game called "Never Have I Ever".

Fireflies & Forest

Near the treehouse, the player will find an area dimly illuminated by fireflies near the thicket of trees.

Secret Sleep Spot

Near the hill on the right side of the island, the player will find a small opening within the hill. The entrance is to a secret spot inside the hill which the player will find a bed surrounded by a cosmos skybox. It is a good secret spot for any players to rest or sleep at.
