If you want to have static feet when using FBT (Full Body Tracking), you need to:
Use the new setting for this in Controls -> Full body tracking and set the "Body horizontal angle" to 0.

# Inspect your avatar and select its root
# In the [[Component:VRIK|VRIK]] Component, scroll down until you find the
HorizontalBodyAngle
property
# Set it to 0

Now, your feet will only follow your trackers and won't move when you do (note that it will cause you to slide on the floor if you're not moving your feet).
