Legacy Distribution Adapter component as seen in the Scene Inspector

The LegacyDistributionAdapter is used in converted legacy particle systems that were converted to PhotonDust as part of The Performance Updates.

`Enabled`	Bool	Controls whether or not this component is enabled. Some components stop their functionality when this field is disabled, but some don't.
`UseRandomDistribution`	Bool	The value to convert.
`Distribution`	field drive of ParticleFollowerDistribution	The field to drive with `UseRandomDistibution` converted.
