Wiki Moderators are users with the ability to approve or reject moderated edits. These are not the same as Resonite Moderators.

Moderators, can review the moderation queue on Special:Moderation.

General Principles

We follow the extensive guidelines in the Extension we use for moderation. But, for brevity:

  1. Do not quality review an edit, if it's not spam/vandalism it should be approved.
  2. If a user is clearly a community member wishing to contribute, they should be added to the auto-moderated user list, which prevents their edits from needing to go through the moderation queue

Promoting a user to "automoderated"

All Moderators can promote users, to do this:

  1. Head to: Special:UserRights
  2. Enter their username at the top
  3. Check the "automoderated user" group
  4. Click Save User Groups
