Patreon Linking

Patreon linking is driven by email addresses, when the email used for your Resonite account is the same as the email used for your Patreon account a link should automatically occur within a few hours and you'll get your benefits.

However, if your Patreon Email is different from your Resonite Email, you can use some self service commands in-game to make our linking work.

For both of the following commands, you need to send them to the "Resonite" user in your contacts screen inside Resonite, this is a bot that can carry out various automated actions.

Command	Example	Description
/setPrimaryEmail <email>	/setPrimaryEmail MyEmail@gmail.com	Changes the primary email address associated with your account.
/addAlternateEmail <email>	/addAlternateEmail MyOtherEmail@gmail.com	Adds an additional email address to your account, typically used to assist in linking Patreon accounts.
/requestAccountDeletion	/requestAccountDeletion	Requests that your Resonite account be deleted. It will take 7 days for the deletion to complete and you will receive warnings to both your account and primary email that allow you to cancel the process.

In both cases, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm the change. Please make sure that you're double checking your spam folder.

Once you've got your emails all setup, the link should occur within a few hours.
