Legacy Direction Adapter component as seen in the Scene Inspector

The LegacyDirectionAdapter is used in converted legacy particle systems that were converted to PhotonDust as part of The Performance Updates.

`EmitFromShell`	direct RelayRef`1<IValue`1<Bool>>	Whether the particles should emit from the shell of the cylinder.
`Direction`	field drive of CylinderEmitterDirection	The direction the particles should come from the cylinder.
`CapsDirection`	field drive of CylinderEmitterCapsDirection	The direction the particles should come from the caps of the cylinder.
