A Resonite Record is a path that of a record that can either be ID based or path based. It does start with a resrec:// and is follow by either a user id or a group id.
Example of an ID based record path: resrec:///U-ProbablePrime/R-CHEESE. In this case this would be a folder.
Example of an Path based record path: resrec:///G-Resonite/Worlds/HomeTemplates/Cloud.
