Shoulder Rotation mode is a value specific to the VRIK Component.
Pitch/Yaw - Rotates the shoulder on the pitch & yaw axis exclusively. This mode is more anatomically correct than From/To.
From/To - Rotates the shoulder on all axes to face towards the arm.
