ストレージの計算方法について
ストレージの計算は、できるだけ資産（アセット）の重複排除を行うため、非常に複雑です。そのため、個々のアイテムが正確にどれだけの容量を占めるのかを答えるのは難しいです。
いくつかの重要なポイントは次のとおりです:
- もしアイテムがあなたにしか所有されていない場合、つまり他の誰もそのコピーを持っていないときは、そのアイテムは完全なストレージ容量を占めることになります
- 複数のアイテムを微妙な変更や少しの差分とともに保存すると、新しいコピーは元のアイテムよりもストレージの使用量が少なくなることがあります。これは、メッシュやテクスチャのような共通部分を重複削除されるためです。
ストレージ容量を効率よく節約する方法
- 使っていないアイテムをインベントリから削除しよう
- Delete worlds that you have saved that you are not using
- Deleting the world orb is not enough you need to actually delete the world. This can be done by spawning then clicking the world orb and choosing the "Delete World" option it provides.
How to identify what is taking up storage?
If you're unsure what is taking up storage on your account, then you can follow these steps:
- Inside Resonite, open up the contacts tab and selecting the User named "Resonite". This is a bot and you can send it commands.
- Send it the command:
/requestRecordUsageReport - This will email you a report about what is using up the most storage on your account, you can use this to identify what you might need to clear up.
How to avoid using storage?
- Don't save everything you see, you can usually find it in public folders, or re-get it later.
- Avoid saving large items to your worlds.
- Avoid saving videos and pictures to your inventory or worlds. Export Images to your computer.
