ColorX is a variable type that supports the ability to define color spaces, unlike Color. ColorX Supports Linear, sRGB, sRGBAlpha. These different Color Spaces are what change how the RGBA values of ColorX are displayed to your screen.
ColorX can also be assembled using either a Pack rgba or Convert Color Profile ProtoFlux node.
