Beta 2023.10.4.165 is a Resonite version released on 2023/10/04.
It is compatible with the previous build, Beta 2023.10.4.51.

- Some more bugfixes and tweaks.
- This build is compatible with previous, so you don't need to update right away.
Tweaks:
- Registration errors are now treated as locale strings, so they can be translated (implemented by @probableprime)
- Made additions and fixes to internal team commands and tooling to help diagnose & resolve various Patreon/account issues
Bugfixes:
- Application name was added to migration summary (reported by @orange3134, fixed by @probableprime)
- Fix being able to create groups with empty name (based on report by @(smol) Red Kitters)
- Custom join verifier button is now only enabled for the host (reported by @_deltawolf, fixed by @probableprime)
- Fixed contacts filter not working properly (reported by @kulza, fixed by @probableprime)
- Fix world loading not calling Loaded status on the progress indication interface when world is fully loaded (reported by @ryuvi, fixed by @probableprime)
