Dépannage du traqueur des yeux et du visage

Resonite supporte le tracking des yeux et du visage avec le matériel suivant:

• Vive Pro Eye - Tracking des yeux
• Traqueur facial Vive - Tracking du visage
  • Ce traqueur n'a pas besoin de casque Vive. Vous pouvez utiliser une variété de casques avec du scotch ou d'autres méthodes.

Si vous avez des problèmes avec ces systèmes, veuillez voir les étapes de dépannage ci-dessous.

Matériel

• Faites attention que tout est bien branché. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr, débranchez et rebranchez les câbles. Une lumière bleue ou verte devrait apparaître.
• Vérifiez que tous les câbles soient intacts et ne soit pas endommagés.

Pour les casques n'étant pas le Vive Pro Eye, vous aurez probablement besoin d'un adaptateur USB-C vers USB-A. Ils ressemble à ca:

Montage du traqueur de visage

Pour les casques non Vive, les utilisateurs ont plusieurs moyens de monter le traqueur de visage sur leur casque. Une liste de ces méthodes est disponible ci-dessous.

• Scotch - Beaucoup de scotch peut fonctionner.
• Du scotch velcro double face - Cela permet d'avoir une solution pouvant être retirée facilement.
• Impression 3D
  • Un adaptateur simple
  • Support part friction - Un support qui utilise des clips entre le devant du casque et le traqueur. Peut tomber si vous bougez votre tête trop rapidement.
  • Support magnétique - Utilise le panneau frontal existant du Valve Index pour monter le traqueur. Celui-ci demande des aimants de dimensions: 1/8" dia. x 1/8".

Logiciels

Installer le logiciel

Le tracking des yeux et du visage ont besoin du même logiciel de HTC. Vous pouvez le télécharger depuis le site de HTC. Une fois téléchargé, vous pourrez le trouver dans votre menu démarrer. Une fois lancé, vous devriez voir cet icône dans votre barre des tâches:

Si cet icône apparaît, le tracking sera opérationnel.

Status du tracking

L'icône (le robot) communique aussi le statut du tracking:

• La couleur des yeux montrent le status du tracking des yeux
• La couleur de la bouche montre le statut du tracking du visage

The color of the eyes or mouth tell you what is happening:

• Black means the tracking is inactive
• Orange means the tracking is idle/standby
• Green means the tracking is active

About Window

If you right-click the robot icon, you will see a small menu, selecting about will bring up a window. This window will provide addtional information such as:

• The Software Version
• The Eye Tracker Version
• The Face Tracker Version

If N/A is displayed in the Eye Camera or Lip camera portion it means that the software cannot detect your device. see Hardware for some troubleshooting steps.

The current version of the software is: 1.3.2.0. However it is recommended to use 1.3.1.1

Eye Tacking Calibration

The Vive Pro Eye, needs occasional Calibration to detect your eyes as best as it can. See HTC Vive Pro Eye Calibration for how to do this.

Resonite

Once the software and hardware is setup, you should be able to just run Resonite and everything should work out ok. After Resonite starts and is running in your starting world.

If you have Eye Tracking, the Robot Eyes should be green. If you have Facial Tracking, the Robot Mouth should be green.

Now, try equipping a Face/Eye Tracking Compatible avatar. You can find the Face Bot in Resonite Essentials -> Avatars -> Face and Eye Tracking Ready. It has full capabilities. Equip it and move your eyes and face around to see.

Issues with Resonite

If your tracking is not working in Resonite. Try:

• Ensuring the Robot Icon is in your System Tray
• Restarting Resonite
• Restarting your Computer
• Adding -ForceSRAnipal to your Command Line Arguments
