The ChildSaveBlocker prevents a slot's children from being saved.

Usage

Fields
Name Type Description
persistent Bool Determines whether or not this item will be saved to the server.
UpdateOrder Int Controls the order in which this component is updated.
Enabled Bool Controls whether or not this component is enabled.

Behavior

When the object this component is on is Saved, this component prevents any children slots from being saved with it.

Examples

Putting a ChildSaveBlocker on the same slot as a SnapTarget is useful if you don't want anything snapped to the SnapTarget to be saved with it.
