Access Levels

From Resonite Wiki

Sessions on Resonite have an access level that will determine who is allowed to join. By changing the world access level, users joining your session must meet the access level criteria to join.

Access Level Selection

Private (Invite Only)

Private sessions are invite only, and are only joinable by direct invites sent to your contacts.

LAN

LAN (Local Area Network) sessions are locally broadcasted sessions that can only be joined by other users within your local network network.

For more information see LAN Sessions.

Contacts

Contacts sessions are joinable by contacts that you have added on your contacts list.

Contacts+

Contacts+ sessions are joinable by contacts you have added on your contacts list, and contacts that those users have added as well.

Registered Users

Registered Users sessions are joinable by any Resonite user that has created and logged in with a Resonite account.

Anyone

Anyone sessions allow any user, logged in or not, to join your session.

World Access Control

Custom Join Verification

Using a custom join verification allows the host user to control access to a world by manually controlling join requests from joining users.

Don't Show in Session Lists

By hiding your world in session lists, you can retain the world's access level while preventing your session from being broadcasted in the session list.
