Contacts Menu

This menu lets you see which of your contacts are currently online, which worlds they are in, send and receive message or even items.

Commonly used functions of the contacts menu are:

Adding a contact: type at least the first three letters of their name in the search field in the upper left corner. Click on the search result and press "Add Contact".

Sending a message: select a contact in the left panel and then type a message into the text box in the lower right corner. Press Enter or the + button to send.

Sending an item: select a contact in the left panel, hold the item you want to send with one controller (using the grip button), and press the + button to send the item as a message.

Joining a contact in their world: any of your contacts that are currently in an open world will have a white 'join' button next to their name in the left panel. Click the 'join' button to transfer yourself to their world.

Inviting a contact to your world: select a contact in the left panel, then click the "Invite Here" button at the top right. Note that inviting a friend to your current world will let them join worlds that are otherwise set as private.

Removing a contact: select a contact in the left panel, then click the "Remove Contact" button at the top right.
