Disambiguation pages are used when multiple concepts are referred to by the same name.
Why?
The camera tool and the camera component are both referred to as Camera, which might lead to readers going to the Camera page expecting Component:Camera. The wiki combats this by adding links to disambiguation pages on pages that might be ambiguous.

Linking to a disambiguation page

To link to the disambiguation page from another article, use the {{Ambiguous}} template.
Creating a disambiguation page
If you would like to create a disambiguation page for ambiguous subject X, follow these steps:
- Create a page with the name
X (Disambiguation) - Write the page as usual. Look at other disambiguation pages for inspiration.
- At the end of the page, use the
{{Disambiguation}}template. Visit Template:Disambiguation for more information about the template. - Visit the ambiguous pages and add the
{{Ambiguous}}template. See Template:Ambiguous for more details.
