Local Home

This world is an official Resonite world. Report issues with it on GitHub.

The Local Home is your machine's home, everyone starts here and loads into this world (especially if you are not logged in). This world is a walk-able ground with a glowing ring light, past that is nothing but an empty void of darkness.

This will always be in your list of homes and can never be closed like a regular world.

Warnings

This world is not really made for development, nor is it made to hold things in (as you may need to clear your cache or clear your Resonite database, those actions will wipe this world clean!). This is more for allowing you to get into Resonite privately and to ready yourself before going out to visit the different experiences.

This world is also not made for submitting worlds, as when your in your local home, you do not have your User ID, and anything that requires it will just break or be non-useable. You will instead have your steam name above your head and that will be your name/ID according to your machine.

This world will break slots that have the SimpleAvatarProtection component and that were spawned in, Transcient Grabbed, or attempting to remove it.

Other Notable Things

Some items (i.e. Exit Strategies) have the power to send you back here. It is basic ProtoFlux trickery by making you focus into this world using your machine ID (like this: resrec:///M-<Machine ID>/R-Home) and combining it with the Focus World node.
