Normally, mesh faces are single-sided only, and thus only render on the outside. Applying a dual-sided material will cause both outside and inside faces to be rendered.
If true, integrating this asset (e.g. processing procedural assets) gets higher priority than assets with this flag off. An example is user laser procedural meshes.
