Good article label
This is based-off Wikipedia's feature of the same name.
The French and English Wikipedia have a feature in which articles are graded, and have a label applied saying they are a "good article".
This label is then used to display featured articles on the homepage.
Wiki pages that are considered good can be put under the Good article category.
