Voice modes

Voice modes allow you to change how you're heard by others.

You can change your voice mode in the top left of your Dash.

Available voice modes

Icon	Name	Description
red	Mute	Mutes your microphone.
purple	Whisper	Puts you in a visible bubble that will lower the volume of anything outside of it and only lets others hear you if they are inside of the bubble.
green	Normal	The default option - you speak normally in this mode.
yellow	Shout	Makes your voice much louder and easier to hear compared to normal. This is useful for addressing a loud room or when speaking from far away.
blue	Broadcast	Allows other users to hear you at the same volume no matter how far away or where you are in a session. This is useful for letting every user in a session know important information or communicating over very large distances.

The whisper bubble is not bidirectional -- if you are inside someone else's whisper bubble and you are in normal, shout, or broadcast mode, you will still be heard outside of their bubble. Be sure to set yourself to whisper mode as well if you want your own voice range to be limited.

Please be mindful when using the shout or broadcast modes, as everything you say will be heard over very long or infinite distances, respectively.
