The Is Lower node takes in a character literal and returns if that character is a lower case letter.
Inputs

The character literal to check.
Outputs

Returns true
if Character
is a lower case letter, false
otherwise. Lowercase letters recognized by this node are given the delegation Li
in Unicode.
