Makes a value change constantly between a range over time.

persistent Bool Determines whether or not this item will be saved to the server.
UpdateOrder Int Controls the order in which this component is updated.
Enabled Bool Controls whether or not this component is enabled.
_target field drive of Float4 The value to change over time.
_offset Float4 How much to add to the output value after all other calculations.
_preOffset Float4 At what point to start at after item start.
_speed Float4 How fast to progress the value
_repeat Float4 At what value to repeat
PingPong Bool Whether to bounce back and forth between zero and _repeat.
