Attempting to upload a world from your local home will not let your world be submitted due to Resonite not seeing your user ID (and would see your steam name instead when using steam for example), an essential piece of information needed to submit a world. Thus it is highly recommended to go to any other world (such as your cloud home) and submit a world normally to prevent frustration.
