The Wobbler2D component can be used to make a value randomly change in a smooth fashion.

field drive of Float2 | The field to wobble. |

Float2 | The starting point of the wobble. |
Speed
|
Float2 | how fast to wobble. |
Magnitude
|
Float2 | the amount to wobble from Offset
|
Seed
|
Float2 | the value to use as a seed for the randomness. |
